Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed and disciplinary client of ours in their search for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor, who may be able to make it to Birmingham, where they will be trained by a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor and instructed on the firms outstanding Commercial Property Matters.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced junior commercial property to come in and work on a variety of matters, initially starting on semi assistant before moving onto their own full commercial property caseload under the supervision of a very experienced and senior solicitor.
About You:
* The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with the following traits and experience:
* Been able to conduct land registry searches with minimal assistance.
* You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
* Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients
