My client is a regional full-service law firm with a national offering, after having focused on their growth in the Commercial Property Department over the past year they're now looking for a NQ – 2 years' PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. This role can sit within any of their Midlands offices, offers a 60/40 hybrid split (3 days in, 2 days remotely)*, and a host of benefits including death in service cover, stretch-target bonus and healthcare cashback to name a few.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To support the general development of the Firm and, in particular, its Commercial Services offering by working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a full service offering to clients.
To provide accurate commercial property law advice to clients.
To handle matters from the initial client contact through to completion.
To actively generate new business for the Firm.
To build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
Deal with matter related enquiries.
