Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

Job Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and qualified Solicitor to join our legal team. As a Residential Conveyancing Partner (Solicitor)/ COLP- to lead and develop an existing team at a busy and growing law firm in SW London area.
Experience holding the COLP role, having lead compliance. Qualified Lawyer Incredible knowledge of SRA Standards and Regulations Experience of regulatory compliance within a legal landscape.
Their ideal candidate will have experience managing a team whilst managing their own caseload and have good business development skills. Team moves and mergers will be considered. The firm is long established and expected to grow. The partners would like to double the size of the department over the next 2 years. You will be supervising fee-earners and handling matters including but not limited to:
Sales and purchases
Lease extensions
Transfers of equity
The ideal candidate must be:
Qualified with 5+ years of experience
Able to manage their own caseload and manage a team
