Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire a planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months. Committee attendance is in person two times a month.
The ideal candidate will:
– Have at least 4 years PQE,
– Have previous experience with complex s106s, committees, and enforcement,
– Be comfortable attending planning committees in person,
– Be experienced working in the public sector.
