This is a superb opportunity to join a well known regional firm who are specialists in property matters.
You will be a paralegal with tangible conveyancing experience having worked previously in a busy residential property team.
Supporting a senior fee earner you will assist in the day to day running of Plot transactions.
Typical duties include :
Typing of standard and non standard letters, contracts and documents including running letters from a case management system.
Photocopying and scanning of documents.
Sending out contract information on plots.
Ensuring files are kept tidy and electronic filing is up-to-date.
Dealing with day-to-day correspondence from clients and Solicitors and passing on of messages as required.
Assisting in the preparation of completion forms and allocation of monies received and transmitted.
Assisting in the preparation of outgoing post.Plot sales work can be fast paced and you'll need to be motivated and be happy to respond to the needs of the clients.
