Salary: Up to £50,000 p/a (Negotiable for the right candidate)

An international interdisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer to join their expanding team.
They have built a reputation in the industry by working closely with their clients to create high quality services.
The successful Principal Designer will be covering the southeast of England and working on a hybrid basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful Principal Designer will be responsible for:
* Taking a proactive role in leading the CDM team without delay
* Providing expert guidance on CDM Regulations to clients with a specialized focus
* Maintaining precise and current health and safety records
* Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and actively engaging in the identification of potential hazards
* Establishing collaborative relationships with contractors to ensure their clear understanding of their obligations and duties under the CDM Regulations
REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for the Principal Designer:
* Ideally Grad IOSH, Tech IOSH or CMIOSH member
* Exceptional client facing skills
* Dynamic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage with all stakeholders
