Private Client Paralegal
As an experienced private client paralegal, you will be taking on a varied caseload which includes Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection. You will be a diligent and self-sufficient professional with the skills and confidence needed to work both unsupervised, and as part of a supportive team on the more complex cases when needed. You will be a valuable addition to the department and will mirror the quality, standards and care already exuded by the team.
To assist the senior fee earners in the team with the running of client files to include:
• Drafting Wills and supplementary documents
• Communication with third parties
• Preparation of LPA and Court of Protection documents
• Diary management
• Development of systems and precedents • Communication with clients.
