You will be an experienced Private Client solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 3 years PQE.
Ideally you’ll be STEP qualified or at least motivated to work towards that qualification and become a go to person.
You’ll be given the autonomy to run and develop your own caseload and build client relationships. You’ll be confident and enthusiastic about networking and business development tasks.
Many lawyers within the team are STEP members but everyone shares their expertise, knowledge and experience to support one another.
You could have trained and gained experience at any level of firm and whilst it would be ideal if you have a good knowledge of the Wiltshire market, applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire area.
