This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm , being the main fee earner for Private Client – working solely at first before the team is built up under you – but with secretarial support available from the start.
Private Client is this firm's biggest department for revenue and as a result anyone joining the firm becomes a priority immediately.
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or a very experienced paralegal with tangible Private Client experience including taking full responsibility for your own caseload.
You could have trained and gained at any level of firm however you need to be ready to work with the general public walking in off the streets with their requirements. The firm have always done well through word of mouth. A caseload will be available to pick up ad run with as someone is retiring and the work currently gets split up amongst other locations.
You should have excellent communication skills , be accurate and organised in terms of work approach and be open to embracing gentle business development and networking skills.
Given the nature of the client base – walk ins from the street and also visiting elderly clients at home, the firm would like someone to be in the office for 4 or 5 days a week here.
