This is a superb opportunity to join a very professional team in the Southampton area.
You will be ambitious and career driven and will have upwards of 3 years PQE and looking for your nect challenge.
You'll be an experienced and motivated wills, trusts and probate solicitor who is dedicated to this area of law and is able to manage and expand an existing caseload.
Typical matters include :
Drafting of Wills and Codicils to include complex Wills
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Drafting Deeds of Variation
Probate applications and administration
Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
Inheritance Tax and succession planningIdeally you will hold STEP or SFE accreditations or are working towards these.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Southampton area
