This is a superb opportunity to join a well known firm who are in the market for a Private Client Solicitor to strengthen their thriving department who are very busy at the moment.
You can expect to run your own caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate maters but you can also expect to handle LPA's, Estates and you can expect to work on all types of wills, from simple low value estates to more complex higher value estates, with inheritance tax considerations and involving the creation of trusts.
It is imperative you have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment.
You should be able to manage your own caseload without supervision but also if required you could be on hand to support junior members of the department should a head of department choose to delegate.
