Probate Fee Earner
Part Time, Legal Vacancy In South Yorkshire
Sue Ross Legal are working with a firm of Solicitors based in Doncaster centre who are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Probate team.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of probate files from start to finish with the support of a Head of Department and support staff including;
* Applying for Grant of Probate
* Valuing the estate
* Collating and distributing assets
* Handling inheritance tax issues
* Drawing up estate accounts
* Setting up Trusts
* Acting as Trustee where appropriate
To be considered for this role you will need to be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 PQE+*. You will need to have a solid background of fee earning within Probate and have a personable nature with excellent communication skills.
Our client will consider full or part time hours and hybrid working is available.
