Project Manager
Full Time, Consulting Vacancy In London
ChandlerKBS provide cost and project management, project monitoring and Employers Agent services and taxation advice to a range of private and public sector clients across the United Kingdom. Due to recent expansion of our Rail team, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager.
Candidates must be degree qualified and ideally be MRICS or MAPM qualified (or equivalent) or working towards attaining chartered status in the near future. Experience of fulfilling the Project Managers role using NEC3 contracts is essential, along with strong communication skills in a multitude of client facing environments. Key responsibilities include: Programme reviews; change control; risk management; monitor reporting and ensuring compliance with process/procedures.
Candidates will have strong leadership qualities and will be able to work as part of an integrated team on a range of projects. They will be confident working under pressure and to strict deadlines with minimal supervision. They will be able to demonstrate a track record (supported by relevant references) of personally managing projects ideally up to £20m and working as part of a team on projects in the range £5m to £40m.
