Join a leading Property Litigation team as a Senior Lawyer, led by Legal 500 recognised Solicitor described as “experienced and knowledgeable” by clients.
This close knit and vibrant team are quickly becoming a Top Tier department, headed up by one of the Top 5 Lawyers in the UK for his practice area!
The team regularly work across sectors including: Retail; telecoms, charities and central and local governments. You will be joining this department, working a broad range of contentious property matters such as title disputes, adverse possession and easements.
You will have access to career development opportunities to Partner level, as well as a very competitive salary, 25 days plus the ability to buy more, private healthcare and inclusive initiatives.
To be successful you will:
Be 5 PQE + in property litigation
Be analytical and enjoy being challenged intellectually
Have strong academics
Have the ability to provide clear and concise advice
