This City law firm is trusted by clients and by other law firms to provide quality advice with a high level of partner involvement and an astute commercial focus.
The firm have particular expertise in eight key sectors – fashion, financial services, fintech, natural resources, professional services and partnerships, publishing and digital media, technology and travel. They support clients nationally and internationally, representing companies at all stages of their development from entrepreneurs and start-ups to longstanding listed companies.
The firm's real estate team advise on a represent corporate occupiers from multinational corporations and property companies to family businesses and individual entrepreneurs and investors. They also advise overseas investors and other businesses establishing a presence in the UK and in the City of London in particular. They advise on the full range of commercial property matters including wide range of issues including land acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, business leases, and landlord and tenant issues.
The team are now looking to recruit an experienced solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join their offices in London. The ideal candidate will have gained experienced in a broad range of real estate matters from another City or international practice in London. You will also ideally have experience acting for a range of corporate occupiers and overseas investors.
