A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is wanted for an exciting Blackburn based opportunity with an ambitious, expanding law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills and develop in a supportive working environment.
An expanding, ambitious law firm my client delivers a high-quality legal service to a regional client base that includes small to medium sized business and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners enjoy a great deal of autonomy whilst working in a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years’ experience, be technically strong and possess the confidence required to make commercial calls when required.
