High street multi-service law firm, well known in the Bristol area are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team with the appointment of a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to handle their own caseload of residential property transactions.
The firm have a very good reputation indeed across the Bristol market and looked after the staff really well during the pandemic, protecting their jobs and maintaining a close knit team environment.
Benefitting from paralegal and and administrative support you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about this area of law and you will be keen to further your career in a supportive environment.
The firm already benefit from superb relationships in the local market but you will happy to build on those and develop them even further, as you become a go to person locally and forge your reputation through word of mouth.
You should have the highest personal standards generally and have an excellent all round knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Ideally you'll have a great working knowledge of the Bristol market. Applications from relocators will be considered though however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work within commutable distance
