Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal, Fee Earner, Solicitor
Location: Cardiff, office based.
Salary: £25K – £45K, dependant on the level you join.
Hours: Full Time

They are looking to hire at any level, so if you're a legal assistant looking to progress in your career, a trainee solicitor or a solicitor looking to further progress, this is worth considering. YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Day to day duties will vary dependant on the level you join the firm at.
* You will be working in the Residential Property department, managing your own caseload of assisting on files.
* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release: plus some Commercial property matters too.
EXPERIENCE:
* Experience working in residential property department.
* At least 1 year experience working in a law firm.
* Hiring at all levels, legal assistants, paralegal, fee earners, and lawyers.
