Residential Property Solicitor – This medium sized, well established office practice, based in an affluent area of Milton Keynes has asked us to find them a further residential conveyancing fee earner to join their team.
About the Role
They are looking for a commercially aware Lawyer with relevant experience in handing a busy and HNW caseload of well valued residential transactions including, freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and re-mortgages and the acquisition of development sites and related estate conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided and knowledge of case management software would be of distinct advantage.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Solicitor or Legal executive with at least 1 years relevant property experience and who is commercially minded, astute and an all-round team player.
