There are regular quarterly appraisals and the development of staff is always under consideration.
The opportunity sits within the Residential Conveyancing team and is suitable for anyone with upwards of 2 years' experience.
You will advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership and you'll respond to clients in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
You will have gained experience in a comparable busy Residential Conveyancing team and you will have working knowledge of case management systems and an understanding of online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc.
You will be motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
