JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer – Qualified
Location: Monmouthshire Wales
Hours: Full Time, Office based
Salary: Circa £48,000
i HAVE MULTIPLE FIRMS ACROSS THE SOUTH WEST AND WALES MARKET HIRING FOR RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCERS
THE IDEAL APPLICANT:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
* Experienced in both Residential and Commercial Property is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of property law
DAY TO DAY
* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release: plus some Commercial property matters too.
* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
* Completing title checks.
* Managing clients.
* Raising enquiries.
