Our busy, modern client are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer on a locum basis for 6 months plus.
The ideal Locum Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be to start ASAP or within the next couple of weeks.
* The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will have responsibilities for:
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion
* Working with sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages
* Drafting of legal documentation
* Working within professional standards and legislation
* Ensure compliance is adhered to
* Providing high-quality legal advance and representation to the company’s clients
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be working for a lovely, busy team where some hybrid working is an option.
£35 – £40 per hour
