You will have a previous track record and interest in residential development work generally having acted on behalf of housebuilders, social housing providers and / or landowner clients and you should have excellent technical skills having handled complex high value transactions previously.

Hybrid and full working from home options will be considered here and ideally you will be at 4+ PQE.
