The firm are award winning and chambers rated. You will handle high value housebuilder and landowner instructions by focusing on providing excellent client service, something they have done for a long time which has helped them establish their current platform.

You will have a previous track record and interest in residential development work generally having acted on behalf of housebuilders, social housing providers and / or landowner clients and you should have excellent technical skills having handled complex high value transactions previously.
