As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be mentored and trained with their award-winning internal training academy to foster your development and career advancement.
Residential Property Solicitor will:
Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters As a Residential Property Solicitor, you must have:
NQ – 10+ years PQE
Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care
Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
Good decision-making skills
Self-starter and motivator
