Are you an energetic Residential Property Solicitor with a high level of legal service?
A highly reputable and top 100 law firm based in Guildford is looking for a skilled and agile Residential Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded Residential Property team.
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will deal with a variety of transactions including re-mortgages, transfers of equity, sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties. The Residential Property Solicitor should have prior conveyancing experience managing their own caseload.
The Residential Property Solicitor will:
Conduct and manage a mixed varied caseload of residential and residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion demonstrating detailed knowledge and expertise.
Help evolve a marketing strategy for the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Team and be prepared to attend marketing events, produce marketing literature etc if required.
Be able to generate your own referrals to create your own client base and generate further work for other Teams and the firm to achieve the company targets.
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you must have:
5-10 years PQE
Excellent knowledge of conveyancing and property law
Demonstrate first-class client care and communication skills across all levels
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work both on your own and as part of the team
Able to prioritise effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
