My client has a strong presence across the London and wider UK market and due to expansion and new sources of work, they are looking to recruit a senior residential property solicitor on a full time permanent basis. Joining a very successful and high brow team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of HNW residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sale and purchase for both leasehold and freehold, new build, shared ownership, right to buy, help to buy etc.
The team is established however they are looking for someone to manage the team and develop the team further to enable them to reach their full potential.
You will be a qualified solicitor/CILEX at least 5 years PQE with significant experience managing high value property transactions, new build and have previously managed a small team. This required experience is essential to be considered for the role.
