This is an exciting opportunity for an established SAP Assessor to join an independent sustainability consultancy based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progress to a senior level within the company and work alongside national developers and independent builders through all stages of a project's lifecycle.
Responsibilities for an SAP assessor include:
Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reportsThe ideal SAP assessor will have:
An OCDEA accreditation with a minimum of 1 years' experience as an SAP assessor
Good understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
Good general educational background with ideally a degree within a sustainability or energy discipline
Excellent communication and presentation Skills, with previous experience in a client facing roleBenefits of the role:
