A modern law firm with traditional values of client care and service seek a very experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Executive to take over the running of the very busy Residential Conveyancing department due to the retirement of the highly respected Property Executive.
The successful person will be technically strong, client focused and also a team player. They be responsible for their own caseload of the full range of Residential Conveyancing work including but not limited to:
* Property sales and purchases
* Equity release mortgages and re-mortgages
* Shared ownerships
* New builds
* First registrations
The right person will have solid residential property experience and be someone who is looking for career progression and development and happy to supervise and monitor junior colleagues when needed.
This is an opportunity to join a thriving and cohesive team who work together to promote, market and develop the firms Residential Property Services.
The successful applicant will be happy working alone and as part of the team, and will also be happy to take an active role in business development. The successful applicant must be comfortable in attracting new business, developing existing client relationships and work well with others.
