Senior IT Consultant
£65000 – £95000/annum Bonus

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant to join a growing M&A Team within a large global consultancy.
You will work with Principal Investors & Private Equity focusing upon helping the worlds largest firms address their most strategic technology challenges, whether they are buying or selling a business.
Technical experience with M&A is key to the role as an IT Consultant, you will work on a variety of technology topics, applying your architectural consulting skills to strategic technology questions. You will also contribute to the Practice Area development and help to build the client brand as a key member of the team.
What we are looking for in an IT Consultant:
It is ESSENTIAL that you already have experience working within a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) environment, with a focus upon IT carve out and IT post-merge integration advisory, advising corporate and private equity clients on IT related technology strategy.
We are also looking for strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas:
* IT Modernisation
* Solution & Enterprise Architecture
* Marketing, Banking & Insurance Platforms
* Applied Intelligence
* Sales & Service Platforms
* Machine Learning, RPA
* Chatbots, Blockchain, IOT, DevOps & Bimodal IT
* Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms
* Cyber Security, ERP (SAP) &Manufacturing Platforms
* Physical & Digital Channels
* People, HR, Collaboration Platforms
6+ years’ experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management in a tech related corporate development or start-up
