Senior Planning and Highways Lawyer
£50 – £60/hour

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the North East who are seeking to hire a senior planning and highways lawyer for a 12 month sabbatical cover,
The ideal candidate will:
– Have at least 5 years PQE,
– Have prior experience in positions of seniority.
– Have previous experience with s106s, s278s, s38s, appeals, and enforcement,
– Be experienced working in the public sector.
This candidate would also be required to attend the office weekly, including the monthly planning committee.
Candidates with experience in property and regeneration experience will also be considered, but the core aspects of work remain within planning and highways matters.
