An interesting opportunity is available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Leeds based consultancy, where you will either be chartered or be working to achieving chartered status.
The role offers a unique chance to join a positive and forward-thinking business, who work across a range of interesting flagship projects in the Yorkshire region, with an excellent pipeline of work for 2023 and beyond they are looking to grow their existing team.
Therefore, candidates with experience across the following sectors would be of interest, urban regeneration, residential, commercial office, higher education, and heritage, although other sector exposure would be considered.
The role responsibilities are fairly generic and would be likely to fit closely with your current position, however the following areas form the expectations of the position and the business.
* Beginning to develop / or hold, a specialist knowledge in their field
* Understand the scope of services, contents of appointment documents, bid processes, aware of fee structures and how it applies to their projects
* Contribute data and analysis
* Aware of current market issues, have opinions on these issues
