Well-established firm in West Midlands, offering hybrid working arrangements, is seeking to employ a talented Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a confident solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property to join an outstanding practice in Stourbridge. With the skills and expertise to confidently manage your own caseload, the successful lawyer will advise on a range of real estate matters, whilst proving to strive for success.
Excellent opportunity for career prospects, the equity partner originally joined as an assistant solicitor, they promote within the firm.

Options and overage agreements

The Candidate
Solicitors with 2-5 years’ PQE
Solid experience in commercial property is essential
Able to meet deadlines and prioritises tasks easily
Excellent client care and communication skills
Keen interest in networking and business development
