We are looking for a Solicitor to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with owner managed businesses to large corporates. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of dealing with contractual matters and IP work. You’ll be expected to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:
* Mergers
* Acquisitions and Disposals
* Corporate reorganisations
* Company law matters
It’s vital that you’re able to deliver exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
