Our client is a prominent national firm with an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal advice to an impressive client base, including large multinational PLCs and bluechips.
The firm’s Legal 500-ranked corporate and real estate teams remain extremely busy with a variety of transactions, and as a result there has been a significant increase also in the requirements for tax advice on these deals:- this could be where you come in!!
As part of the ongoing expansion an opportunity has arisen for a tax lawyer to join its team at either associate or senior associate level, advising on a broad range of tax matters including corporate tax, real estate tax and share schemes matters. The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for the quality of its tax offering, and you will be working as part of a collegiate national tax team with a presence in the main legal hubs around the country.
The firm is seeking applications from high calibre solicitors who have strong experience within the tax sector, and who are likely to have worked in the tax team at leading national or international firms. You will be looking for high quality work and supervision as well as the opportunity to join a firm which is recognised as an employer of choice, with an ongoing commitment to flexible working. The firm also prides itself in recruiting only those staff who they can see developing within the firm long-term, so applicants with an aspiration to progress should be particularly interested in finding out more about this.
Remuneration is towards the top end of the market and should attract high calibre individuals looking to join a firm with a proven record of promoting from within.
