Team Assistant
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In City and County of the City of London
The Firm
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking two Team Assistants to join their London team.
The Opportunity
The successful candidates will provide high quality and professional administrative support to Fee Earners and PAs. Duties to include:
Printing, scanning and filing documents and emails
Archiving and retrieval of files from storage and creating index's
Accurate document creation and amendment skills, adhering to the firm's house style
Completing Property Searches, DocuSign and other practice group specific software/processes
Preparing of bibles and court bundles
Completing data entry tasks within Excel or other software systems
Supporting PAs with billing and finance administration administrative tasks
Providing cover for others in the team as requested
Ad hoc duties should be supported as and when requiredThis is a full time office based role, working Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 6.00pm
Requirements
A minimum of 6 months' administration experience
GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
