I am currently working with a large scale London based Legal Services Client on an exciting Technology Trainer Opportunity.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Provide a high degree of initiative and a willingness to accept ownership of tasks, keeping the client's interests at the forefront of all activity
Experience delivering Technology Training using delivery methods such as COLF, 121s and deskside training.
Ideally have a strong understanding of legal processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and delivering high quality training material which optimises the use of team time and resources.
Develop eLearning courses, videos and other online tools to provide short, self-help methods of supporting our users globally.
Provide a high degree of initiative and a willingness to accept ownership of tasks, keeping the client's interests at the forefront of all activity
