The Role
* Support a range of planning projects, including large-scale mixed-use developments
* Provide strategic advice on land promotion, planning policy, and development delivery
* Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and public consultations
* Collaborate with architects and urban designers to shape masterplans
About You
* RTPI chartered (or working towards it), with UK planning experience
* Strong understanding of strategic planning, policy, and development processes
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Commercially aware and sustainability minded
