Description
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Ensure all travel activities adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to negotiate contracts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and developments.
Handle travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to all staff requiring travel assistance.
Prepare and present reports on travel expenses and forecasts.
Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support department to ensure smooth operations.Profile
A successful Travel Coordinator should have:
A relevant educational background in Business Administration or similar field.
Proficiency in travel booking software and systems.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
