Wills and Probate Fee Earner
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Nottinghamshire
Sue Ross Legal are working with a well established, regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join their branch offices based on the outskirts of Nottingham.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload comprising;
* Wills
* LPAs
* Probate
* Court of Protection
You will be preparing legal documents, attending meetings with clients, taking instructions, supervising and mentoring junior members of staff.
To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience handling your own caseload of Wills and Probate files as above. You should have a genuine passion for providing high standards of client care in order to maintain the outstanding reputation that our client holds.
Our client will consider applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates, on both a full and part time basis. Hybrid working will be available upon completion of probation period.
